In this project, the client wants to build a new house on the same area. because the original house is getting old and living space does not good utilization of family, members want to build a new, more modern house. The customer assigned the company to demolish all houses and buildings in the area, consisting of a 2-storey residential house, a garage, a maid's residence building. gym and a swimming pool size 8x12 meters and installing a semi-permanent fence for use in demolition and keeping it for future construction.
